If you have a very severe acne flare or something highly contagious like a cold sore, call the clinic for advice; they might suggest rescheduling if treating it could aggravate your skin. But for a standard pimple or two, just leave them alone and let the pros handle it as part of your treatment. You’ll likely walk out with them looking much better!
